How It Works

Liberty HealthShare is a community of people helping one another with medical costs. Here’s how the process works:

1. Contribute Monthly
   Members make a monthly share contribution that goes toward the medical expenses of others in the community.

2. Choose Your Provider
   You can visit the doctor, hospital, or specialist you trust. Just present your Liberty HealthShare Member ID card.

3. Submit Bills
   Providers send medical bills to Liberty HealthShare. Eligible expenses are reviewed under our Sharing Guidelines.

4. Share the Costs
   After you meet your Annual Unshared Amount (AUA) and any program Co-Share, the rest is shared by fellow members.
